Invasive Species Removal

Reduce Competition for Desireable Species

Service Description

Removing invasive species from a forest system is an essential step in improving the system health and longevity. Some of the most important reasons to remove invasive species are; 1. Invasive species are typically highly productive in reproduction and spreading, allowing them to outcompete many native species that grow in the same system. 2. Woody invasive species that grow continuously over large areas such as Scotch Broom, Gorse, and Himalayan Blackberry act as fuel, increasing spread rates and wildfire severity. We provide hand removal and/or herbicide application services to deal with invasive species depending on client preferences and budget. We also offer offsite disposal services.
